USAFOOTBALL.COM has been presenting Division II Player of the Week Awards for Offense, Defense, Rookie and Special Teams since 1996. The honoress are announced every Tuesday afternoon via releases to the three national wire services, all D-III conferences and colleges plus publication on this web page. Nominations are requested from coaches, sports information directors and members of the media.

Souhrada broke both the school and WIAC records for rushing attempts with 51 as he gained 303 yards, the second best in school history as he scored TDs on the Blugolds first two possessions.
Allen picked off 3 passes and returned 2 of them for TDs of 83 and 17 yards. Allen also led the team in tackles with 11, 9 of which were solo hits and had a pass breakup as the Pride defeated unbeaten Ithaca.
Larlham in his first start,
was 16 for 32 passing for 241 yards and three TDs. Healso ran for 39 yards on six attempts, including a 27-yard touchdown run and was the OAC Offensive Player of the Week.
Jones set an NCAA record for all division when he returned 2 blocked extra points for 2 point scores. He also blocked a field goal attempt and was named the Illini-Badger Special Teams Player.
